Mary Ann joined NS in 2008 with over 25 years of management and strategic development experience.
In the 1980s, she worked for Norwest Nebraska
(now Wells Fargo), first as Director of Organizational Development, then as Corporate Sales Development Director. She then spent several years as an independent business consultant for clients such
as Aquilla Energy, First Westroads Bank, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and the University of Nebraska,
assisting them with strategic planning, marketing,
and sales development. Mary Ann served as
Executive vice President of Retail Services with Associated Banc-Corp for eight years, focusing on marketing, product and sales development, Internet banking, and providing leadership to over 300 retail banking locations. Her most recent challenge prior
to joining NS was developing a full-service 300+
person call center to support a new brand launch
for Revlon Cosmetics in New York. Mary Ann has
served on the Council on Financial Competition,
Harvard Business School Leadership Round Table,
and received the American Society for Training and Development Lifetime Achievement Award.
Sarah Carlson-Brown
Director of Education
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. This is her 12th year working Nebraska Shakespeare.
She has worked with Utah Shakespeare (

). Sarah also works as an actor and instructor with numerous regional theatres, community theatres, and local schools. Outside of performance, Sarah's education responsibilities have included: Camp Instructor, Shakespeare Unbound educator, Scholars' Forum moderator, On Tour booking agent, On Tour road manager, and On Tour workshop instructor. Sarah is committed to the local theatre and arts organizations in Omaha and is excited to continue her professional work with Nebraska Shakespeare.

year is an adventure - preparing for each season
and the Nebraska Shakespeare programs
throughout the year.” Designing the graphics for the past 14 seasons with her sister Dalia Sudavicius, is always special. nellie is a member of the NS Circle of Kent and owns Genesis Communications, an
advertising agency.

). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2004. Vincent has toured with Utah Shakespeare, NTC Productions, the Great Plains Theatre Conference, and for the first five years of Nebraska Shakespeare On Tour ( Shr

- twice!). Vincent was the fight director for three seasons ( JC

(Tour)) in addition to directing Much Ado About Nothing
(On Tour) and Julius Caesar
(On Tour). In 2011, Vincent was brought on as Associate Artistic Director and given the opportunity to direct The Comedy of Errors
in 2012. For Nebraska Shakespeare, Vincent is proud to have worked as security; carpenter; sound designer; assistant director; Camp Instructor; Road Manager; and producer, director, actor, and fight choreographer for Music Alive!
. Vincent is a fight director and guest artist for Omaha area high schools, community theaters, and universities, in addition to working professionally as an actor, most recently in the Bootleg Shakespeare! production of King John
at the Folger Shakespeare Theatre in Washington DC with the Taffety Punk Theatre Company.
Wesley A. Houston
Director of Production, Webmaster
First joining Nebraska Shakespeare in 2004, Wesley has combined his aptitude for theatre management and his interest in dramaturgy to serve in various management and research roles for Nebraska Shakespeare before being hired on as the full-time Director of Production in 2011. Wesley received his bachelor's degree in Theatre from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2007 and has served as the stage manager for multiple productions in area theatres including the Omaha Community Playhouse (OCP), SNAP! Productions, NTC Productions, the Qwest Center, and Offutt Air Force Base. Wesley is currently pursuing his Master’s degree and has taught courses in stage management and introduction to theatre at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
